Los Angeles, CA – March 17, 2025 – Wilson and Associates Coaching and Consulting, a Black-owned, woman-led, WBE-, MBE-, and WSOB-certified firm specializing in leadership development, culture change, and equity strategy, proudly marks 17 years in business. Since 2008, Wilson and Associates has partnered with corporations, government agencies, and nonprofits to create inclusive, people-centered workplaces that foster leadership excellence and cultural transformation.
For nearly two decades, Wilson and Associates has worked at the intersection of leadership, equity, and organizational culture change, providing customized consulting, training, and facilitation to help organizations develop leaders, navigate complex challenges, and create sustainable workplace transformations.

✔ Advising nonprofits and philanthropic organizations like Liberty Hill Foundation and Weingart Foundation to align their internal culture with their external social justice commitments.
✔ Advising health organizations including Keck School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, LA Care Health Plan, Center for Caregiver Advancement, and Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles in support of their equity goals.
✔ Department of Arts and Culture - designed and facilitated a county-wide engagement process to develop an Arts Education Strategy Plan with an equity lens and co-created the county’s first-ever Cultural Policy.

✔ Only 3% of Black women-owned businesses survive beyond five years (Harvard Business Review, 2023).
✔ Women-owned businesses receive just 2% of venture capital funding, limiting their ability to scale (PitchBook, 2023).
Very few Black women-owned firms celebrate 17 years in business due to these barriers. Wilson and Associates has defied the odds and are heading towards Year 18 positioned for success
